Ralph Monaghan joined ONO PHARMA USA, INC. in July 2023 and provides strategic direction, leadership, and management in all aspects of Quality Assurance (QA) activities.

Ralph has more than 20 years of Quality Management success in positions of increasing responsibility held in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the U.S. Most recently, he served as Executive Director, Quality, Compliance and Audit at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was responsible for leading the Quality function across all GxP areas. Prior to Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Inc, Ralph held various R&D Quality leadership positions in global Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Contract Research Organizations.

Ralph earned his Bachelor of Science Degree (Chemistry), University of Dublin, Trinity College.
