Heidi Friedman joined ONO PHARMA USA, INC. in 2021. As VP of Human Resources, Heidi is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving program development aimed at fostering a culture that significantly enhances employee engagement, recruitment, and retention efforts.

Heidi has more than 20 years’ experience as a human resources leader in healthcare demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and impact, having held key positions in high-growth organizations.  Her expertise lies in aligning human resources programs and practices with strategic and operational objectives to drive organizational advancement and revenue growth. Heidi has contributed her leadership to both small healthcare companies and well-known industry leaders, including Boston Heart Diagnostics and Fresenius Medical Care.

Heidi holds an M.Ed. in Human Resources from Cambridge College and a B.A. in Management and Sociology from Simmons University.
